Sunset at the Salt Flats
A magical sunset experience among the historic windmills and ancient salt pans of Trapani. Aperitivo with typical local products and panoramic views of the Egadi Islands. Available every evening from May to October, by reservation.
Egadi Islands Excursion
Private boat excursion to the Egadi archipelago: Favignana with its historic tuna fishery, Levanzo with the cave paintings of the Genovese Grotto, and Marettimo with its crystal-clear waters. Snorkelling, lunch on board and expert guide included.
Sicilian Wine Tasting
Marsala DOC, Grillo and Catarratto are just some of the wine excellences of the Trapani area. We organise wine tasting evenings with the best local producers, paired with a menu of traditional appetisers: panelle, mussels, anchovies and raw milk cheeses.
Erice Tour
The medieval village of Erice, perched at 750 metres on the mountain of the same name, is one of Sicily's most fascinating places. The guided tour includes the Castle of Venus, the Norman walls and Maria Grammatico's pastry shop, world-famous for its almond pastries.
Snorkelling and Dives
The waters of Trapani hide an underwater world of rare beauty: Posidonia oceanica meadows, rocky seabeds and numerous Mediterranean fish species. Our PADI certified instructors accompany guests on daily outings for all levels of experience.
Cooking with the Chef
A Sicilian cooking masterclass with our Executive Chef: learn to prepare couscous alla trapanese, pasta con le sarde and Sicilian cannoli. The lesson ends with a table lunch, paired with wines selected from our list.
